로그인이 안 돼요

Resonance는 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인합니다. 로그인이 되지 않으면 앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 문제가 계속되면 사용 중인 로그인 방식(Apple/Google)과 함께 위 이메일로 알려주세요.

매칭 상대가 나타나지 않아요

매칭은 서로의 감정과 프로필을 바탕으로 사려 깊게 이루어지기 때문에, 적합한 상대를 찾는 데 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 잠시 후 다시 확인해 주세요. 프로필을 충실히 작성하면 더 잘 매칭됩니다.

구독(Resonance Plus)을 관리·취소하고 싶어요

구독은 App Store를 통해 관리됩니다. iPhone 설정 → [본인 이름] → 구독에서 Resonance Plus를 선택해 변경하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple 정책에 따라 처리되며, reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

계정을 삭제하고 싶어요

앱 내 [설정] → 계정 삭제에서 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제 시 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

부적절한 상대를 신고·차단하고 싶어요

대화 화면에서 상대를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고된 내용은 검토 후 조치됩니다. 긴급한 사안은 위 이메일로도 알려주세요.

I can't sign in

Resonance uses Apple or Google sign-in. If you can't sign in, please update the app to the latest version and try again. If the problem persists, email us above and let us know which sign-in method (Apple/Google) you're using.

No match is appearing

Matches are made thoughtfully based on feelings and profiles, so finding the right person may take some time. Please check back shortly. Completing your profile helps you match better.

I want to manage or cancel my subscription (Resonance Plus)

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Resonance Plus, and change or cancel it there. Refunds are handled under Apple's policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account directly in the app at Settings → Delete Account. Your personal information is destroyed without delay upon deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want to report or block someone

You can report or block another person from the conversation screen. Reports are reviewed and acted upon. For urgent matters, you may also email us above.
