Resonance 이용약관

본 약관은 Resonance(이하 "회사" 또는 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제1조 (약관의 적용)

본 약관은 서비스를 이용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 앱 내 공지 또는 처리방침 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다.

제2조 (서비스 이용 및 이용 자격)

  1. 본 서비스는 만 17세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 가입 시 연령 요건을 충족함을 확인합니다.
  2. 이용자는 관계 법령, 본 약관 및 이용 안내를 준수하여야 합니다.
  3. 회사는 매칭·대화 등 감정 케어를 돕는 서비스를 제공하며, 이는 의료·심리치료·전문 상담을 대체하지 않습니다. 위기 상황에서는 앱 내 안내되는 긴급 지원 연락처 또는 전문기관의 도움을 받으시기 바랍니다.

제3조 (계정 및 보안)

  1. 이용자는 회사가 제공하는 로그인 수단을 통해 계정을 생성합니다.
  2. 이용자는 본인 계정의 관리 책임을 지며, 계정이 제3자에 의해 무단 사용되지 않도록 하여야 합니다.
  3. 이용자는 앱 내 [설정]을 통해 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

회사는 위반 행위에 대해 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 제한, 계정 정지·해지 등의 조치를 할 수 있으며, 이용자는 앱 내 신고·차단 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (콘텐츠 및 지적재산권)

  1. 서비스에 포함된 소프트웨어·디자인·상표 등에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
  2. 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공·개선에 필요한 범위에서 이를 이용할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (유료 구독 서비스)

  1. 회사는 유료 구독 상품을 제공하며, 결제는 이용자가 앱을 내려받은 앱 마켓(예: Apple App Store, Google Play)의 인앱 결제(In-App Purchase)를 통해 이루어집니다.
  2. 자동 갱신: 구독은 현재 결제 주기가 종료되기 전 이용자가 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 이용자가 이용하는 앱 마켓 계정에 청구됩니다.
  3. 가격: 구독 가격 및 갱신 주기는 앱 내 구독(페이월) 화면 및 해당 앱 마켓에 표시된 바에 따릅니다.
  4. 해지: 이용자는 이용 중인 앱 마켓의 계정 설정을 통해 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 현재 결제 주기 종료 시점까지 서비스가 유지됩니다.
  5. 환불 및 청약철회: 인앱 결제의 환불은 해당 앱 마켓의 정책 및 절차에 따릅니다. 또한 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률」 등 관계 법령에 따른 청약철회권이 인정되는 경우 이를 보장합니다.

제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 사전에 고지합니다.

제8조 (면책조항)

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 통신망 장애 등 불가항력, 또는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자 간의 매칭·대화 등 상호작용의 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. AI 기능이 생성하는 응답은 참고용이며, 그 정확성·적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

제9조 (책임의 한계)

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 회사는 간접손해·특별손해·결과적 손해·데이터 손실 등에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 약관은 고지된 시행일부터 효력이 발생합니다. 이용자가 개정 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우 관계 법령이 정한 절차와 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

Resonance Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of Resonance (the "Company" or "Service"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application of Terms)

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will provide advance notice via in-app announcement or the privacy policy page.

Article 2 (Use of Service and Eligibility)

  1. This Service is available only to users aged 17 and older. Users confirm at sign-up that they meet the age requirement.
  2. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the usage guidelines.
  3. The Company provides services that support emotional care, such as matching and conversation; these do not replace medical treatment, psychotherapy, or professional counseling. In a crisis, please seek help from the emergency support resources shown in the app or from professional organizations.

Article 3 (Account and Security)

  1. Users create an account through a login method provided by the Company.
  2. Users are responsible for managing their own account and preventing unauthorized use by third parties.
  3. Users may delete their account at any time through the app's Settings.

Article 4 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not:

The Company may remove content, restrict use, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations, and users may use the in-app report and block features.

Article 5 (Content and Intellectual Property)

  1. Rights to the software, design, trademarks, and the like included in the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners.
  2. Rights to content created by users belong to the users; the Company may use such content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Article 6 (Paid Subscription)

  1. The Company offers paid subscription products, and payment is made through in-app purchase in the app store from which the user downloaded the app (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
  2. Auto-renewal: Unless the user cancels before the end of the current billing cycle, the subscription renews automatically, and the renewal fee is charged to the user's app store account.
  3. Price: Subscription prices and renewal cycles are as displayed on the in-app subscription (paywall) screen and the relevant app store.
  4. Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their app store account settings. Upon cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.
  5. Refunds and Withdrawal: Refunds for in-app purchases follow the policies and procedures of the relevant app store. Where a right of withdrawal is recognized under applicable laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company will honor it.

Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will provide advance notice of material changes.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or network failures, or by the user's own fault.
  2. The Company is not liable for the results of interactions between users, such as matching and conversation.
  3. Responses generated by AI features are for reference only, and their accuracy or suitability is not guaranteed.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for data loss.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms, and the amended Terms take effect from the announced effective date. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and delete their account.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures and competent courts prescribed by applicable law.

Governing Language

These Terms are provided in Korean and English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
