Resonance Together 아동 안전 표준

Resonance Together는 이용자가 감정과 생각을 나누는 소셜 대화 서비스입니다. humanside는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE)를 용인하지 않으며, 모든 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 다음 표준을 적용합니다.
1. 이용 연령
Resonance Together는 만 17세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 가입 과정에서 연령 요건을 충족한다고 확인해야 합니다. 만 17세 미만 이용자가 서비스를 사용하는 사실을 확인하면 해당 계정에 제한 또는 해지 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
2. 금지되는 행위와 콘텐츠
다음 행위와 콘텐츠는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
- 아동 성적 학대 자료(Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM)의 제작, 게시, 공유, 요청 또는 홍보
- 아동을 성적인 목적으로 유인하거나 신뢰 관계를 형성하는 그루밍
- 아동을 대상으로 하는 성착취, 성매매, 인신매매 또는 이를 알선·조장하는 행위
- 성적 이미지나 정보를 이용한 협박, 강요 또는 금품 요구
- 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상화하는 대화와 콘텐츠
- 위 행위를 시도하거나 다른 이용자에게 참여를 권유하는 행위
이 기준은 프로필과 이용자 간 대화를 포함하여 Resonance Together에서 제공되거나 교환되는 모든 콘텐츠에 적용됩니다.
3. 신고 및 차단
이용자는 대화 화면에서 상대 이용자를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고할 때 신고 사유를 선택하고 필요한 설명을 제출할 수 있습니다. 긴급하거나 추가 설명이 필요한 사안은 contact@humanside.app으로 신고할 수 있습니다.
누군가 즉각적인 위험에 처해 있다면 앱이나 이메일 신고에만 의존하지 말고 현지 경찰 또는 긴급 구조 기관에 연락해 주세요.
4. 검토 및 조치
humanside는 접수된 신고를 검토하고 위반의 성격과 심각성에 따라 다음과 같은 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
- 위반 콘텐츠의 접근 제한 또는 삭제
- 관련 이용자의 서비스 이용 제한
- 계정 정지 또는 영구 해지
CSAM이나 아동 성착취가 의심되는 경우 적용되는 법률에 따라 필요한 조치를 하고, 법적으로 요구되는 범위에서 관계 기관의 적법한 조사와 신고 절차에 협조합니다.

Resonance Together is a social conversation service where people share their feelings and thoughts. humanside has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and applies the following standards to help keep everyone safe.
1. Age Requirement
Resonance Together is available only to people aged 17 and older. Users must confirm during sign-up that they meet this requirement. If we learn that a person under 17 is using the service, we may restrict or terminate the account.
2. Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following conduct and content are strictly prohibited:
- Creating, posting, sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or building trust with a child for sexual purposes
- Sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation, or trafficking of children, including facilitating or encouraging such conduct
- Sextortion, coercion, threats, or demands involving sexual images or information
- Conversations or content that sexually depict or sexualize children
- Attempting any of the above or encouraging another user to participate
These standards apply to all content provided or exchanged through Resonance Together, including profiles and conversations between users.
3. Reporting and Blocking
Users can report or block another person from the conversation screen. A report can include a selected reason and additional details. Urgent matters or reports that require more context can also be sent to contact@humanside.app.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services rather than relying only on an in-app or email report.
4. Review and Enforcement
humanside reviews submitted reports and may take the following actions based on the nature and severity of a violation:
- Restrict access to or remove violating content
- Restrict the responsible user's access to the service
- Suspend or permanently terminate an account
When we suspect CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we take action under applicable law and cooperate with lawful investigations and reporting procedures where legally required.
